This recipe came from the Jan Can Cook blog.
Every year I make a C-C-P for my husbands birthday and this year I remembered pinning this recipe months back. The crust was made from shredded coconut and butter that's it. Sounds weird but it really is no different from a graham cracker crust in the idea.

The pie was wonderful and the crust added to the coconut flavor but next time I won't do the shortcut, I'll just slave away and make a crust :)
